Lead Systems & Network Engineer

About the role

We're looking for a Systems Expert to take full ownership of the infrastructure supporting our two high-energy offices. In this role, you aren't just maintaining systems; you are building the foundations that allows our teams to scale without friction.

Key responsibilities

• Perform as Level 3 Infrastructure authority for high-level issues across cloud infrastructure, SaaS platforms, and internal systems, conducting deep-dive diagnostics and log analysis to validate root causes
• Collaborate directly with development teams to streamline environment and deployment issues
• Architect seamless SSO experiences and implement smart Conditional Access policies
• Lead the evolution of O365/SharePoint environment into a structured, scalable digital workspace
• Tune network setups for multi-ISP failover and complex outbound VPN routing, ensuring 100% wireless coverage and network reliability for on-site teams
• Own runbooks, maintain documentation and procedures that make operations repeatable and scalable
• Act as technical liaison with 3rd-party providers to ensure swift resolutions

About you

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience designing, implementing, and optimizing IT infrastructure in medium to enterprise-scale environments
• Experience with Netgate/pfSense Plus, Cisco IOS or NX-OS
• Experience with Ubiquiti UniFi, Cisco or equivalent enterprise switching and wireless gear
• Proficiency with MacOS, Linux (Ubuntu, Rocky Linux, Red Hat Enterprise Linux)
• Experience with AWS (EC2, S3, IAM, EKS, Lambda and Billing) and Microsoft Azure
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID for security and SSO
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, easy-to-understand language for both technical and non-technical users
