Lead Systems Engineer

For our client, we are seeking a Lead Systems Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

In this remote role, you will lead the design, implementation, and ongoing improvement of Windows technology solutions that support enterprise operations across a healthcare environment. You will drive compliance, policy management, automation, and security standards for Windows systems while helping ensure business continuity and operational reliability. This position partners closely with Architecture, Product Management, and Support Services teams to advance the effectiveness of Windows operations across multiple lines of business.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $117,600 – $161,700 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Windows technology solutions
• Oversee compliance, policy management, and automation across Windows systems
• Implement business continuity and evaluate security measures for Windows devices
• Facilitate collaboration with Architecture, Product Management, and Support Services teams
• Drive the growth of Windows operations across various lines of business

Qualifications

• 5 years managing Windows endpoint technologies, including Group Policy, ConfigMgr, or Intune
• 3 years implementing new technologies through Proofs of Concept/Values
• 2 years managing Edge browser settings via Group Policy or Intune
• 3 years managing OEM hardware and Windows security configurations
• 2 years automating processes using PowerShell, Python, or similar languages
