At Kidz College, teaching is more than supervising children.
Our teachers intentionally create experiences that support children’s academic, social-emotional, physical, language, cultural, and creative development while maintaining a classroom that reflects the Kidz College standard of excellence.
Every classroom should be clean, organized, inviting, culturally responsive, purposeful, safe, and filled with meaningful learning experiences.
Our teachers don’t simply manage classrooms.
They create experiences.

Teachers are responsible for maintaining a classroom that is:
Clean and sanitary

Student-centered
Learning centers should be intentional, accessible, organized, and regularly refreshed based on classroom themes, developmental goals, and student interests.
Teachers are expected to continuously clean, organize, and reset their environment throughout the day—not only at closing.

Immediately report injuries, incidents, hazards, or unusual circumstances to administration.
Maintain safe classroom materials, furniture, toys, and equipment.
