Lead Teacher

Join our vibrant early childhood education team as a Full Time Lead Teacher in the 2-Year-Old Room! Duties

• Design and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans focused on toddler care, literacy education, and early childhood education standards
• Foster a safe, welcoming classroom environment that promotes positive behavior management and child welfare
• Engage children in hands-on activities that support physical development, social skills, and early learning milestones
• Communicate regularly with parents to share progress, address concerns, and build strong partnerships
• Ensure compliance with mandated reporting laws and maintain accurate documentation of child development progress
• Maintain classroom organization, manage behavior effectively, and support individual learning needs through tailored instruction

Experience

• Proven experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, or early childhood education setting
• Strong background in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management techniques
• Knowledge of special education strategies and early intervention practices for diverse learner needs
• Valid first aid and CPR certification
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members
• Immediate Full Time and Part Time Teacher, Assistant Teacher positions available for patient, responsible, fun excited and energetic people.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
