What they need
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree majoring Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
- At least 5 years of working experience in the IT industry, including experience leading technical delivery teams and facilitating Scrum practices for complex IT applications
- Strong technical knowledge and experience in web-based application development
- Proficiency in web development using .NET C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, MS SQL, Linux, React, and other back-end and front-end tools
- Proficiency in Web Services or Web API, including RESTful API security and authentication concepts such as JWT and OAuth
- Familiar with source code repository tools such as TFS and GIT
- Preferably experienced in microservices architecture
- Experience in deployment on cloud environments such as Azure or AWS
- Experience in using UI libraries such as Material UI or Tailwind CSS
- Strong skills in System Engineering and developing integrated system applications
- Strong technical expertise in managing IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and enterprise applications
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
- Effective leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on coaching, code review, and mentoring
- Strong ability to coach team members on Scrum processes and Agile practices, remove delivery impediments, and ensure development commitments and timelines are achieved
- Experienced in facilitating Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, while coordinating effectively with product owners and cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
