Context:

Lead Coordinator Engineer

Missions/Main Duties:

• Coordinate all contractor groups/JV on systems to civil interface & integration deliveries(Track and Maintenance)
• Review contractor’s interface deliverables such as: Interface management plans, Interface Controlled Form, Interface Controlled Document (ICD), Coordination, etc
• Resolve interface disputes between contractors
• Provide technical advice and recommendations to client
• Overseeing the implementation of agreed interface resolutions
• Ensuring the overall integration the rail systems and infrastructure, combined with operations and maintenance inputs, delivers a resilient operational highspeed railway system

Profile/Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in interface and integration management on railway projects / large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery
• Experienced in design and construction phase of the project
• Able to understand the contract document and identify gaps and areas of concern
• Understanding of on civil infrastructure & MEP requirements (knowledge on system requirements would be an advantage)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills
• Arabic speaker is an advantage
• Excellent command of English
• Familiarity with electronic document management software, such as Aconex
• Possess good character, professionalism and ability to deliver expected results
