The Role

We are looking for a Lead Technical Engineer with proven experience delivering and deploying Security Operations Centre (SOC) solutions. You will lead the design, implementation, and onboarding of cyber security platforms across customer environments, acting as the technical lead for both delivery teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead High-Level and Low-Level Designs for SOC solutions.

• Design, deploy, and integrate SIEM, SOAR, EDR, Threat Intelligence, and Vulnerability

Management tools.

• Define infrastructure, cloud, networking, and security requirements.

• Lead testing, implementation, and go-live activities.

• Provide technical leadership and customer-facing expertise throughout delivery.

Essential Experience

• 5-8+ years' experience delivering SOC deployments.

• Strong knowledge of SIEM, SOAR, EDR, Threat Intelligence, and Vulnerability Management.

• Experience onboarding and integrating data sources into SIEM platforms.

• Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, Routing).

• Experience across cloud and on-prem environments.

• Understanding of cyber threats, threat intelligence, security controls, and enterprise architectures.

• Excellent stakeholder management and technical leadership skills.

Active SC Clearance is mandatory. Candidates must be willing to travel to customer sites in the UK and internationally as required.
