Role Overview

The requirement is for a Lead Technical Program Manager within the AI & DPE Technical Program Management organization. The selected candidate will partner with Engineering, Product, PMO, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives related to Agile Release Trains, enterprise release management, infrastructure modernization, and program governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute complex technical programs across multiple teams.
• Ensure alignment with business priorities, delivery milestones, and organizational objectives.
• Strengthen PMO operations and improve release predictability.
• Drive cross-functional program execution.
• Support infrastructure and platform transformation initiatives.
• Manage dependencies, risks, bottlenecks, mitigation plans, and program governance.
• Influence stakeholders and drive outcomes without direct authority.
