What you'll do...

Work in unison with technicians and all other team members to provide a high-quality customer service. Typical daily duties of this position include:

• Pressure Washing (and all related variations. Graffiti Removal, Gutter Cleaning, etc.)
• Customer Interactions
• Equipment Tracking, Reporting, Inventorying

Compensation:

• $20-80/hr. Under the Wash Pro Pay-for-Performance Scale, compensation is directly linked to job-performance, revenue-generated and customer-satisfaction. On average our technicians earned $37/hr in 2025.
