What they need
- Candidate must possess at least a High School graduate / Vocational Diploma/Welding NC I or NC II or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Lead Technician is a PLUS
- Broad range of technical knowledge such as HVAC, Electrical Systems, Plumbing, Carpentry and Masonry
- Knowledgeable in Preventive maintenance, repair and general maintenance of facilities, equipment.
- Understand and work with a variety of specialized tools and equipment.
- Troubleshoot complex problems
- Excellent analytical skills to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently
- Has the ability to communicate effectively with the team, management, and clients, explaining technical issues in a clear and understandable wa
- Has the ability to motivate, lead, and direct a team of technicians
- Has the ability to create work schedules, assign tasks, and manage workflow to meet deadlines
