Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of kitchen exhaust systems to identify grease buildup and potential fire hazards
• Perform cleaning and maintenance of exhaust hoods, ducts, fans, filters, and related components using specialized tools and techniques
• Follow established safety protocols and industry standards during all cleaning procedures
• Document all work performed accurately in service reports and maintenance logs
• Collaborate with team members to complete scheduled cleaning tasks efficiently and effectively
• Assist in troubleshooting system issues and recommend improvements for optimal performance
• Ensure all work areas are left clean, safe, and compliant with local fire codes and regulations
• Drive crew to and from jobs

Skills

• Ability to operate various hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment safely and effectively
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality standards
• Good physical stamina to perform manual labor including climbing ladders, working in confined spaces, and lifting heavy equipment
• Prior industry experience welcome but not required
• Good driving record

Pay: $200.00 - $310.00 per day
