What they need

Are You Ready to Lead the Crew, Own the Job, and Take Your Restoration Career to the Next Level?

At Allied Restoration, we don't just clean up disasters. We restore homes, rebuild lives, and deliver an experience that sets us apart from the competition.

We're looking for an experienced, motivated, and hands-on Lead Water & Mold Restoration Technician who knows how to get the job done right, take ownership of a project, and lead a crew with confidence.

This isn't a position for someone who needs to be told what to do every step of the way. We're looking for a leader who sees what needs to happen, takes initiative, and gets results.

If you take pride in your craft, hold yourself and others accountable, and want to be part of a company that recognizes hard work and rewards performance, we want to meet you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead from the Front

  • Lead technicians and temporary labor on water mitigation and mold remediation projects.
  • Take ownership of daily jobsite operations, crew productivity, and quality of work.
  • Assign tasks, train team members, and ensure everyone is working safely and efficiently.
  • Identify problems before they become bigger problems and communicate solutions.

Execute Like a Pro

  • Perform water extraction, structural drying, selective demolition, and mold remediation.
  • Set up and monitor drying equipment, including air movers, dehumidifiers, and air filtration devices.
  • Build proper containments and establish negative air pressure when required.
  • Perform moisture inspections, document readings, and adjust drying plans.
  • Follow industry standards, safety protocols, and company procedures.

Own the Job

  • Communicate professionally with homeowners, project managers, and other team members.
  • Ensure daily documentation is completed accurately, including photos, moisture logs, equipment tracking, and job notes.
  • Manage materials, equipment, labor, and jobsite cleanliness.
  • Keep projects moving while maintaining quality and controlling costs.
  • Represent Allied with professionalism from the first day on-site through project completion.

Our expectation is simple: If it's your job, you own it.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone who brings more than just restoration experience.

You should be:

  • A Leader: You can direct a crew, hold people accountable, and lead by example.
  • Resourceful: You figure things out and bring solutions, not just problems.
  • Accountable: You own your results, your mistakes, and your responsibilities.
  • Driven: You move with urgency and don't need someone standing over your shoulder.
  • Detail-Oriented: You understand that documentation, cleanliness, and quality matter.
  • Customer-Focused: You know you're working in someone's home during one of their worst days.
  • A Team Player: You're willing to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to help the team succeed.

We're not looking for someone who simply shows up and collects a paycheck.

We're looking for someone who wants to build a career, develop their team, and take pride in being the best at what they do.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in water damage restoration and/or mold remediation.
  • Experience leading technicians or managing field crews.
  • Strong understanding of water extraction, structural drying, demolition, and containment procedures.
  • Ability to use moisture meters and document drying progress.
  • Experience with restoration equipment, including dehumidifiers, air movers, and HEPA air filtration devices.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting equipment and working in confined spaces.
  • Availability for emergency response, after-hours work, and weekends as needed.

Highly Preferred:

  • IICRC WRT certification.
  • IICRC ASD and/or AMRT certification.
  • Experience performing mold remediation under industrial hygienist protocols.
  • Experience with Albiware, Encircle, or similar restoration software.
  • Experience managing multiple jobs and coordinating daily field operations.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish.

Don't check every box? If you're a strong restoration technician with leadership potential and the drive to grow, we still want to hear from you.

WHY ALLIED?

We're not interested in being just another restoration company.

We're building a team of professionals who take ownership, push themselves to improve, and genuinely care about the people we serve.

At Allied, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Work alongside experienced restoration professionals.
  • Take ownership of challenging residential and commercial projects.
  • Develop your technical and leadership skills.
  • Be part of a growing company with opportunities for advancement.
  • Work with a team that values performance, initiative, and accountability.
  • Build a long-term career in an essential, fast-paced industry.

We believe in recognizing people who step up, deliver results, and make the team stronger.
