About Tandy’s Window Services

Tandy’s Window Services is a rapidly growing residential and commercial exterior cleaning company serving the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

We are looking for a reliable, motivated individual who wants to learn a trade and grow into a leadership position within our company.

No previous window cleaning experience is required. We will provide hands-on training.

Our goal is to train the right person to independently operate a company van, manage daily service appointments, and maintain our high standards of quality and customer service.

Job Responsibilities

• Learn professional interior and exterior window cleaning techniques.
• Perform gutter cleaning, downspout flushing, pressure washing, soft washing, and other exterior cleaning services.
• Safely operate ladders, water-fed poles, and professional cleaning equipment.
• Drive and maintain a company service van.
• Follow daily job schedules and complete assigned work efficiently.
• Communicate professionally with residential and commercial customers.
• Perform quality inspections before leaving each job.
• Maintain and organize equipment, tools, and supplies.
• Eventually lead a small crew and oversee daily operations.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Dependable transportation to work.
• Comfortable working on ladders and at heights.
• Physically capable of outdoor labor.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and learn quickly.
• Honest, responsible, and trustworthy.
• Willingness to take on leadership responsibilities.
