Lead Test Automation / AI Engineer

We are looking for a strong technical Lead to drive automation and AI initiatives, combining hands-on engineering expertise with technical leadership. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Playwright, Java/Python, Generative AI, and DevOps .

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of scalable test automation frameworks using Playwright .

• Develop AI-driven solutions using RAG and AI Agents to improve automation and engineering efficiency.

• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines and follow DevOps best practices.

• Define automation strategy, technical standards, and best practices across projects.

• Lead and mentor automation engineers and collaborate with engineering, QA, and product teams.

• Evaluate and implement emerging AI and automation technologies .

Key Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience with Playwright and Java and/or Python .

• Hands-on experience with RAG implementation and AI Agent development .

• Practical experience with CI/CD and DevOps .

• Proven technical leadership and experience leading automation initiatives.

• Strong software engineering and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

• Experience in the Recruiting/HR domain is an added advantage.

• Exposure to LLMs, vector databases, embeddings, and AI frameworks is preferred.
