Lead Trading Systems Engineer

We’re looking for a senior engineer to architect and lead the development of high-performance trading, research, and simulation infrastructure within a systematic trading environment.

You’ll work closely with quantitative researchers and engineers to build scalable, low-latency systems and next-generation simulation and execution platforms.

What you’ll be doing:

Architect and build core trading, research, and simulation infrastructure

Develop high-performance multi-asset simulation and back testing platforms

Integrate with Order Management Systems (OMS)

Identify and eliminate performance and scalability bottlenecks

Build low-latency, high-throughput infrastructure for large-scale market data

Improve caching, time-series data management, and distributed computing

Lead development across C++, Python, and Linux

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers and researchers

What we’re looking for:

6+ years building high-performance trading, simulation, or research infrastructure

Expert-level C++, Java, or Python — C++ strongly preferred

Strong knowledge of algorithms, concurrency, data structures, and systems architecture

Experience designing low-latency, high-throughput systems

Understanding of market microstructure, execution systems, simulation, and back testing

Experience with OMS, execution, or trading infrastructure

Strong communication and technical leadership skills

STEM degree
