About the Role

AshreiTech is seeking an experienced Lead Trainer – Artificial Intelligence (AI) to design, develop, and deliver professional AI training programs for employees, professionals, and organizational teams.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of post-qualification experience, a strong academic background in AI or a related discipline, and practical expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, Machine Learning, and AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver AI training programs, workshops, courses, and professional learning sessions
• Develop structured AI training curricula, course materials, presentations, exercises, and assessments
• Deliver training on Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI applications
• Translate complex AI concepts into practical, business-oriented learning
• Conduct interactive demonstrations, practical exercises, and hands-on AI sessions
• Assess learner requirements and customize training content accordingly
• Evaluate learner performance and training effectiveness
• Stay updated with AI technologies, emerging tools, industry trends, and best practices
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify AI capability and training requirements

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Information Technology, or a related field
• 10+ years of post-qualification professional experience
• Demonstrated experience in AI training, technical training, professional education, or corporate learning
• Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI
• Practical experience with Prompt Engineering, LLMs, AI tools, and AI applications
• Strong presentation, facilitation, communication, and instructional skills
• Relevant professional certifications or qualifications in AI, technology, training, or related fields

Preferred

• Experience delivering corporate AI training
• Experience with Generative AI tools and LLM platforms
• Experience developing AI learning content and curriculum
• Professional certifications in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or Training & Development
• Experience training senior professionals or organizational teams
