Lead Transformation Discovery Analyst

For our client, we are seeking a Lead Transformation Discovery Analyst to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will lead discovery efforts that surface and shape high-value transformation opportunities across the enterprise.

You will partner with business leaders, Product Management, Engineering, and other stakeholders to evaluate feasibility, quantify value, and translate complex challenges into actionable recommendations.

The position calls for strong consulting, facilitation, and strategic thinking skills to help drive AI-enabled, automated, and digitally focused change.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $116,900 – $187,100 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery engagements to identify high-value transformation initiatives
• Evaluate opportunities to determine business impact, feasibility, and expected ROI
• Facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions to gather insights and data
• Translate business challenges into clear opportunities and recommendations
• Conduct research on emerging technologies and industry trends
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams on solution feasibility
• Establish success metrics and value realization frameworks for initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Strategy, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 7 to 10 years in management consulting, business transformation, corporate strategy, or business analysis
• Proven experience leading discovery or transformation initiatives in complex organizations
• Strong understanding of business process analysis, organizational design, and transformation methodologies
• Demonstrated expertise in enterprise AI, intelligent automation, and digital transformation
• Experience developing business cases and quantifying organizational value
• Strong strategic thinking, facilitation, and executive communication skills
