- Define UW tech requirements, digitize core workflows and dashboards
- Deliver key insights into portfolio performance driving profitability and enables dynamic informed decision making
- Integrate internal and external data sources claims data internal and TPAs, member data, pricing data
- Develop analytical tools to enable dynamic pricing that support data led underwriting
- Enhance automation initiatives that enhances accuracy, consistency and speed
Competencies to look for:
- Strong understanding of EB underwriting, data governance and pricing analytics.
- Proficiency in analytical modelling, automation tools, and data visualization dashboards.
- Ability to translate business needs into technology requirements for underwriting workflows.
- High attention to detail with strong problem-solving and decision making orientation.
- Collaborative mind set with the ability to partner across underwriting, tech, and analytics teams
