Job Description:

10+ years in payments

• 6+ years in UPI
• Architect of an NPCI-certified UPI platform at scale
• Led at least two NPCI certification cycles end-to-end, with one completed within the last three years

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect UPI solutions at enterprise scale
• Lead NPCI certification and compliance activities
• Drive UPI acquiring and issuing implementations
• Ensure platform scalability, security, and performance

Desired Expertise

• UPI QR (Static and Dynamic)
• UPI P2M
• Intent and Autopay
• Merchant onboarding
• Settlement and reconciliation
• Dispute management

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Ability to communicate effectively across multiple audiences, including firm-wide business units, senior leaders, associates and clients.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.
• Strong planning and organizational skills
