Role Overview

We are seeking a Lead US IT Recruiter with experience working for an IT consulting company and a strong track record in leadership hiring. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for US-based technology and senior leadership positions, partnering with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for US IT positions, from requirement gathering and sourcing through interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
• Manage leadership hiring for roles such as Directors, Vice Presidents, Practice Heads, Delivery Heads, and senior technology leaders.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand role requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring priorities.
• Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Assess candidates’ technical background, leadership capabilities, consulting experience, and suitability against the role.
• Build talent pipelines across technology practices.
• Manage recruitment across full-time and contract hiring models relevant to the business.
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking system records and report on hiring progress, pipeline health, and recruitment metrics.
• Deliver a professional candidate experience and handle leadership searches.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of US IT recruitment experience, with demonstrated success in senior management and leadership hiring.
• Prior experience working for an IT consulting or IT services company is mandatory .
• Experience hiring leaders responsible for technology practices, consulting engagements, delivery operations, sales or business growth.
• Strong understanding of the US technology talent market and IT consulting business models.
• Proven ability to source passive candidates and manage complex stakeholder expectations.
• Strong interviewing, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and US recruitment platforms.
• Working knowledge of US employment types and work authorization requirements.
• Willingness to work US business hours.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting executive searches or building leadership teams for growing IT consulting businesses.
• Experience recruiting for both internal consulting teams and client-facing engagements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
