Lead Visual Merchandiser (Retail – Store Design & Brand Experience)

Overview:

This opportunity is designed for candidates with an interest in visual storytelling, merchandising, and elevated in-store experiences. Candidates will partner closely with the Visual Manager to bring the brand to life through refined presentation, thoughtful styling, and a cohesive store environment that reflects a luxury standard.

Core Responsibilities:

• Support the styling and execution of floor displays and curated vignettes
• Maintain exceptional visual standards across all areas of the store, including ongoing upkeep and presentation of the sales floor
• Assist with strategic product placement to enhance the client experience
• Participate in floor sets, seasonal installations, and promotional transitions
• Support and execute weekly promotional and markdown updates, ensuring alignment with brand direction
• Develop an understanding of how visual presentation drives engagement and sales
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless and elevated brand experience

• 2-4 years of retail/merchandising experience

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift & mobilize medium to large items, up to 75 lbs., while utilizing appropriate equipment & safety techniques

Availability:

Full time associates are expected to have open availability to meet the needs of the business. Casual associates must be available to work a minimum of two regularly scheduled shifts on the weekend (Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday) and one during the week (Monday to Thursday). Associates must be available for annual inventory and entire holiday season (November and December). *Example: Weekend availability cannot fall on the same day; an associate must be available on two separate days (Friday and Saturday, Friday and Sunday or Saturday and Sunday).

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
