Lead Water Restoration Technician

Our growing restoration company in Sudbury, MA, is seeking an experienced Lead Water Restoration Technician. The ideal candidate will have 3 years experience as a skilled Water Restoration Tech, or already be employed as a Lead Water Restoration Technician.

This is a labor-intensive, construction related position, which includes performing manual labor, overseeing technicians, and managing residential jobs from start to finish. Experienced WRT lead techs or lead techs only need apply. This position offers opportunities for growth and advancement within our company. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to Sudbury, MA, every day.

Job requirements:

● Scope the damages, perform mitigation services, provide documentation of worked performed, photograph damages and work completed

● Follow a predetermined scope of work, and be able to identify any changes to the scope in real time; IICRC WRT certification preferred

● Be capable of carrying heavy loads of debris, damaged materials, and equipment from the property.

● Maintain a clean and organized work truck; restock supplies and clean equipment daily

● Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects

● Maintain accurate records of work performed

Qualifications:

● 3+ years experience as a Water Restoration Technician, or as a Lead Water Restoration Technician at a restoration company; WRT certification preferred

● Excellent customer service skills

● Be able to work unsupervised, following a predetermined scope of work

● Have a great attitude, be trustworthy, show up every day on time

● Willingness to undergo a background check and driving record check.

● Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
