Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Window Installer to oversee and execute window installation projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing windows efficiently and accurately, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and leading a team of installers. This role requires hands-on expertise with hand tools, power tools, and construction techniques, along with strong carpentry skills. As the lead, you will coordinate project timelines, ensure safety standards are met, and deliver excellent service to clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise window installation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to specifications.
• Perform precise window installations using hand tools and power tools, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
• Prepare work sites by measuring, cutting, and framing openings as needed, utilizing carpentry skills.
• Manage a team of installers, providing guidance, training, and support throughout each project.
• Coordinate with project managers and clients to understand project requirements and address any issues that arise during installation.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed on-site to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
• Inspect completed work for quality assurance and resolve any discrepancies or issues promptly.
• Maintain equipment, tools, and materials needed for efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in window installation with a strong background in construction and carpentry.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools required for window installation.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing or supervising installation teams preferred.
• Knowledge of construction safety standards and practices.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings related to window installation projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials, work at heights, and perform physically demanding tasks required by the role.
