What You’ll Do

• Keep Operations Moving: Perform routine preventive maintenance and critical repairs on essential shipyard machinery and tools.
• Diagnose & Repair: Troubleshoot and fix mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues efficiently.
• Hands-On Variety: Work on a diverse fleet of equipment, including boom lifts, scissor lifts, industrial forklifts, high-pressure washers, and small engines.
• Safety First: Ensure all equipment meets top-tier safety standards and operational readiness.
• Track Your Work: Maintain clear service and repair logs.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Proven hands-on experience maintaining and repairing small-to-medium industrial equipment or motors.
• Technical Skills: Solid, demonstrated understanding of hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Work Style: Strong problem-solving abilities, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced maritime environment.
• Communication: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus, but not required.
