- Membantu mengawasi dan mengontrol tim operasional
- Memastikan target penjualan tercapai setiap hari, mingguan, dan bulanan
- Mengawasi proses transaksi di area pelayanan
- Memantau keseluruhan operasional toko
- Memastikan operasional toko berjalan sesuai dengan SOP yang telah ditetapkan
Kualifikasi
- Minimal pendidikan SMA/SMK, diutamakan Diploma (D3) dari semua jurusan
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang retail, lebih disukai pada posisi leadership (Sales/Retail atau setara)
- Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Excel dan Word
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
- Mampu bekerja secara individu maupun dalam tim
