About the role
Lead and develop sales strategies across various e-commerce platforms. Responsible for sales targets, GMV, revenue, profit, and ROAS. Manage and optimize marketplaces such as Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia and other platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop sales strategy through various e-commerce platforms
- Manage sales targets, GMV, revenue, profit, and ROAS
- Manage and optimize marketplaces including Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, Lazada, and other platforms
- Develop promo, campaign, voucher, bundling, and marketplace program strategies
- Monitoring E-Commerce Ads and Performance Ads
- Analyze traffic, conversion rate, AOV, ROAS, and product performance regularly
- Develop strategies to increase traffic and conversion
- Coordinate with Marketing, KOL, Live Streaming, Creative, Customer Service, and Ads Specialist teams
- Monitor prices, competitors, market trends, and marketplace developments
- Create reports and evaluate e-commerce performance periodically
- Lead, direct, and evaluate the e-commerce team
