The Opportunity

As the leader of our Overseas Accommodation Supply Team, you will play a critical role in securing global accommodation inventory that shapes the choices and experiences of millions of travelers and drives NOL-UNIVERSE’s global growth.

Going beyond supply contracting, you will lead the end-to-end supply business—from building strategic global partnerships and managing accounts through data-driven insights to optimizing supply infrastructure and improving key metrics such as take rate and conversion.

With NOL-UNIVERSE’s headquarters as your base, you will have the opportunity to expand partnerships across markets around the world, going beyond the limitations of a role focused on a single local market or location.

As the Overseas Accommodation Supply Team Leader responsible for NOL-UNIVERSE’s supply strategy, the inventory you secure will shape the choices and experiences of millions of travelers.

We want to create a new standard in the global accommodation market, alongside the best experts who are ready to revolutionize the industry.

What You Will Do

• Lead strategic negotiations with global hotel chains, major aggregators, and other key partners to secure the most competitive accommodation supply, with a focus on CUG rates and promotion opt-ins.
• Continuously identify and expand our global accommodation partner network, while building a stable supply of new accommodation products by leading targets acquisition of new partners in key markets such as Japan and SE-Asia.
• Continuously improve the conversion and revenue performance of our supply partners though data driven account management, with a focus on availability, price competitiveness and content.

What is Required

• Has extensive experience and proven leadership in accommodation supply and partnership development within the travel/OTA industry.
• Has experience leading complex contract and business-term negotiations with global partners and building long-term strategic partnerships.
• Has led accommodation supply acquisition projects in key overseas markets and product activation to expand the direct supply inventory for the company.
• Has experience leading accommodation supply teams, setting clear KPIs, and driving measurable results.
• Has experience defining problems and fully executing solutions to achieve results within the complex and variable global hotel supply market.
• Can develop a differentiated market strategy for NOL-UNIVERSE based on global inbound and outbound market trends.

How to Stand Out

• Leading new accommodation supply acquisition in Japan and SE-Asia, and having acquired a valuable network of supply partners in these markets.
• Leading strategic negotiations and contracts with global hotel chains and overseas accommodation partners with a focus on price competitiveness and CUG-rate channel discounts.
• Expanding business collaborations based on a network of global hotels, CMS providers, and partners.
• Possessing English communication skills capable of smoothly leading global partnerships and business collaborations.
