About the role

PT. GARUDA PRIMA INTERNETINDO (FLYNET) is an Internet Service Provider focused on delivering reliable internet services. We are seeking a competent and passionate individual to join our team as a Leader Sales FTTH in Denpasar Barat, Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor sales activities including canvassing, door-to-door, events, and community partnerships
• Develop and implement sales strategies for FTTH services
• Manage sales team performance and activities
• Analyze sales performance and prepare reports
• Ensure customer acquisition and target achievement

About you

• Minimum D3 education
• Minimum 3 years experience as Leader Sales FTTH in telecommunications company
• Strong leadership qualities
• Adaptable to changes in business strategy
• Able to work under pressure and target-oriented
• Knowledge of Fiber Optic (FTTH) network coverage areas and general installation processes
• Experience in sales strategy development and FTTH sales team management
• Ability to analyze sales performance and prepare reports
• Proficient with CRM applications or sales reporting systems
• Valid driving license (SIM A or SIM C) and personal vehicle to support work mobility
