About the role
Njayo Cafe is seeking an experienced Service Leader who is disciplined, firm, and capable of leading a service team.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage the service team
- Ensure customer service complies with SOP
- Arrange task distribution and shifts
- Conduct team briefings and evaluations
- Oversee cleanliness, neatness, and area readiness
- Handle customer complaints
- Coordinate with kitchen, bar, cashier, billiard, and karaoke
- Create reports on operational issues to management
About you
- Minimum SMA/SMK education
- Minimum 2 years experience in F&B
- Experience as Leader/Captain/Supervisor preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Firm, disciplined, and responsible
- Able to work in shift system, weekends and holidays
