Packer Fastener's Leadership Academy is built for people who don't just want a job — they want to run something. This is a hands-on, rotational development program designed to take driven, curious self-starters and turn them into leaders. Along the way, you'll get real operational and sales experience, with mentorship from leaders who are personally invested in your growth.

What You'll Do

You'll move through four phases of development, each one building the skills you'll need to launch and run a branch:

Phase 1: Onboarding & Foundations Immerse yourself in our company culture, our industry, and the fundamentals of the business.

Phase 2: Operational Excellence Master the backbone of what we do — DC and branch operations, and procurement.

Phase 3: Sales & Customer Experience Build your sales muscle and sharpen how you build and manage customer relationships.

Phase 4: Leadership Development Immersion Refine your leadership skills and prepare to launch a new branch of your own.

• Bachelor’s degree
• Willingness to relocate anywhere in the United States
• Eligibility under company driver safety policy
