Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct structured conversations focused on acquisition of clients
• Participate in ongoing leadership and professional development training
• Utilize AI-supported tools to manage communication and engagement
• Work autonomously while collaborating within a global community

Ideal Candidate:

• Background in HR, recruiting, talent development, or people operations
• Strong communication, listening, and evaluation skills
• Genuine interest in leadership and performance development
• Comfortable working in a results-driven environment
• 2–4 years of professional experience
