Leadership Development Director

Job Overview

OFX is seeking an experienced, results-driven Development Director to lead the development and optimization of innovative fintech products. This role focuses on digital asset trading solutions, cryptocurrency derivatives, and fintech platforms. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineering, design, operations, and executive teams to build secure, scalable, and user-centric products.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute product strategies aligned with company objectives and market opportunities.

Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept development and product design to launch and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with engineering, design, compliance, and operations teams to deliver high-quality financial products.

Define product requirements, roadmaps, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer needs assessments.

Identify opportunities to enhance digital asset trading platforms and improve the overall user experience.

Prioritize product features, manage development timelines, and coordinate cross-functional projects.

Ensure products comply with applicable regulatory requirements, security standards, and risk management policies.

Monitor product performance and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.

At least five years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, financial services, or the digital asset industry.

Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, gold markets, derivatives, trading platforms, and fintech products.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies, product roadmap planning, and cross-functional team management.

Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.

Outstanding communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.

Knowledge of blockchain technology, APIs, and financial risk management is preferred.

Pay: $102,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
