Leadership Development Executive (Contract / L&D)

Job Title: Senior Officer - Leadership Development (LD) Team, People & Culture (Contract) Job Description: As part of the Leadership Development (LD) team under People & Culture, the day-to-day responsibilities of the temp staff would include:

• Identifying capability gaps in managers and leaders, and drawing up the appropriate intervention strategy, plan and activities to address them.
• Designing and developing initiatives and solutions to build leadership and managerial capabilities, which also include producing related contents and materials.
• Supporting the end-to-end administration and implementation of the 360-degree feedback exercises (including system configuration, participant onboarding, communications, data analysis and follow-up interventions).
• Working with external partners, vendors and providers to develop, curate and customise leadership development solutions.
• Engaging and providing administrative support to management and leaders on executive coaching services.
• Conducting evaluation on the effectiveness of the leadership development solutions applied.
• Facilitating some of the leadership development activities and interventions yourself, subject matter expertise and practice experience permitting.

Job Requirements:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in leadership development, learning and development, or a related field.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new systems (Success factors, copilot, and Microsoft tools) in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Experience implementing leadership development initiatives, such as 360-degree feedback exercises, executive coaching, management development programmes, or leadership competency frameworks, will be an added advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder engagement, and interpersonal skills.
