The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple programs and stakeholders simultaneously. This position is primarily focused on program operations and execution rather than independently designing leadership curriculum or serving as the lead facilitator.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

- Manage participant applications, nominations, registration, selection processes, and completion tracking.
- Maintain program calendars, timelines, meeting invitations, facilitator schedules, and participant communications.
- Track application deadlines, participant progress, program milestones, and outstanding deliverables.
- Communicate with HR stakeholders, leadership teams, facilitators, participants, and managers to ensure program alignment.
- Draft and distribute program announcements, invitations, reminders, acceptance notifications, and leadership updates.
- Develop, update, and maintain PowerPoint presentations, facilitator guides, participant materials, and training documentation.
- Support virtual training sessions using Microsoft Teams and Zoom, including presentation sharing, chat monitoring, participant questions, and technical troubleshooting.
- Coordinate logistics for virtual leadership development sessions and occasional in-person executive programming.
- Maintain project trackers and proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Respond to participant questions and provide ongoing administrative and operational support.
- Track program participation, completion rates, and effectiveness to support reporting and continuous improvement.
- Identify scheduling conflicts, communication gaps, or logistical challenges and proactively resolve them.
- Ensure leadership development programs run smoothly and provide a positive experience for participants and facilitators.
Minimum Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in program coordination, HR, learning and development, training coordination, or project management.
- Hands-on experience supporting learning and development, leadership development, corporate training, or similar programs.
- Strong program coordination skills, including managing schedules, deadlines, calendars, participant communications, and program logistics.
- Experience coordinating application, nomination, registration, or participant selection processes.
- Experience tracking program participation, progress, deliverables, and completion.
- Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills, including creating and updating professional presentations and training materials.
- Experience supporting virtual training sessions using Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or similar platforms.
- Strong written communication skills with experience drafting professional announcements, invitations, reminders, and stakeholder updates.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with HR teams, business leaders, facilitators, participants, and managers.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple programs, competing priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proactive, self-directed approach to identifying issues, following up on action items, and keeping programs on track.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional communication style.
- Comfortable supporting both virtual and occasional in-person training programs.
- Ability to work onsite four days per week in Owings Mills or Baltimore, MD.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting formal leadership academies, management development programs, or executive training initiatives.
- Experience developing or editing learning and development content.
- Experience supporting executive-level participants or senior leadership programs.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) or training registration platforms.
- Experience collecting and reporting training participation, completion, and effectiveness metrics.
- Experience coordinating multiple facilitators or external training vendors.
- Background in corporate HR, talent development, or organizational development.
- Experience supporting in-person workshops or executive development sessions.
