The Leadership Development Specialist supports the design, delivery, and evaluation of leadership training programs. The role facilitates entry-level leadership sessions, assists in program development, and ensures that training content meets learner and business needs.

Job Requirements:

• Deliver foundational leadership programs, such as new supervisor training
• Coordinate logistics for leadership sessions and track attendance and completion
• Support the development of learning materials
• Administer post-training assessments and feedback forms
• Partner with HR to identify training needs for first-line leaders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in leadership training or talent development in BPO industry
• Basic understanding of leadership frameworks, such as Situational Leadership and Transformational Leadership
• Strong facilitation and communication skills
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow training guides
• Willingness to learn and adapt
