Job Description

We are looking for highly motivated, proactive, and leadership-oriented individuals to join our Leadership Program.

This program is designed to develop participants through structured training, hands-on experience, mentorship, and leadership development, with a focus on Sales, Business Development, Team Management, and Client Relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in structured leadership and professional development programs.
• Learn and support Sales and Business Development activities.
• Develop communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
• Assist in achieving sales targets and business objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Work closely with experienced leaders and team members.
• Take part in projects and initiatives to develop leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Complete performance evaluations and development targets throughout the program.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent; D3/S1 is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong interest in Leadership, Sales, Business Development, or Management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work Full-Time WFO in South Jakarta.
• Must be domiciled in Jakarta/Jabodetabek.
