Leadership Search Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a Program Manager Leadership Search Cohort to own the end-to-end job search journey for a cohort of senior leadership candidates.

The role involves driving candidate progress from identifying target opportunities and companies through networking, screening, interviews, and ultimately securing a job offer.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in leadership hiring / executive search, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to build trust with senior professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and track the progress of a cohort of senior-level job seekers throughout their job search lifecycle.
• Work with candidates to identify and prioritize target companies based on their background, aspirations, and market fit.
• Coach candidates on building a strong, network-oriented job search approach.
• Help candidates create meaningful professional connections within target companies.
• Facilitate introductions and connections between candidates and relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate screening calls between candidates and prospective employers.
• Prepare candidates for different stages of the interview process, including mock interviews, feedback, and strategic guidance.
• Drive the process through negotiation and successful offer closure.
• Manage relationships across candidates, companies, and internal teams.
• Maintain structured tracking of cohort progress, identify bottlenecks, and report on outcomes.

Requirements

• 4 to 8+ years of experience in leadership hiring / executive search.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across candidates, companies, and internal teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong ability to influence and build trust with senior and experienced professionals.
• Process-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple candidates and priorities simultaneously.
• Based in or willing to work out of Bangalore.
