- Recruitment Strategy & Workforce Planning: Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans aligned with organizational priorities by leading hiring strategies for critical and high-volume roles, building proactive talent pipelines, and partnering with HR, Compensation, Workforce Planning, and operational leaders to meet current and future workforce needs.
- Market Intelligence & Recruitment Analytics: Provide leaders with labor market insights, talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive intelligence while leveraging recruitment data and performance metrics to identify trends, remove barriers, and drive data-informed hiring strategies and continuous improvement.
- Collaboration & Operational Leadership: Partner with Talent Acquisition team members and organizational leaders to execute recruitment strategies, facilitate hiring strategy discussions, and monitor recruitment progress, pipeline health, and performance metrics to achieve enterprise hiring objectives.
- Process Improvement & Operational Excellence: Drive continuous improvement by enhancing recruitment processes, optimizing the leader and candidate experience, and implementing strategic talent acquisition initiatives that support enterprise workforce goals.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment laws, organizational policies, and equitable hiring practices while promoting fair, consistent, and compliant hiring processes across the enterprise.
Qualifications

- At least two years of recruiting or clinical experience is required.
- Experience working in operations, as an operational leader, or as a clinician is preferred.
- The ability to understand and recruit for various roles effectively.
- For internal applicants, a successful history in junior recruiting for at least two years may serve as a substitute for required education and experience.
Work Environment
This role typically operates in a hybrid environment depending on organizational needs. Occasional travel may be required for industry events, networking, or candidate/client engagement.
