Role Description

We are seeking motivated, dependable, and growth-minded individuals to join our  Leadership Team  at Chick-fil-A Clintonville.

This is a full-time, on-site leadership position responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, developing Team Members, and ensuring we consistently deliver exceptional food, service, and hospitality.

Our leaders are expected to lead by example, take ownership of results, and create an environment where both our guests and Team Members can thrive.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about people, committed to operational excellence, and excited about the opportunity to grow within a high-performing restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead, coach, encourage, and develop Team Members throughout each shift.
• Create a positive, respectful, and accountable team environment.
• Provide constructive feedback, recognize strong performance, and help Team Members grow.
• Lead by example through a hands-on, servant-leadership approach.
• Support the onboarding, training, and ongoing development of new Team Members.
• Build trust, strengthen teamwork, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Operational Excellence

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and consistency.
• Maintain Chick-fil-A's high standards for food safety, food quality, cleanliness, and organization.
• Effectively manage shifts, labor, and operational priorities during high
