Leading Educator

About the role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Leading Educator to guide and support a team of educators, ensuring the delivery of high-quality programs aligned with the EYLF and NQS.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor educators to deliver engaging, child-led programs
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and the wider team
• Ensure compliance and quality standards are maintained

About you

• Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-approved)
• Demonstrated leadership experience in an early learning setting
• Sound knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Current WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Geccko- Foundations of Child Safety, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates
