Leading Hand & Operators - Roller | Telehandler | Moxy | Scraper - QLD Project

Skilled Resources Group is a market leading recruitment agency which provide permanent and temporary recruitment solutions, as well as HR services and consultancy to the Mining, Engineering, Hospitality, Construction and Maintenance Industry throughout Australia.

We are seeking experienced Civil Operators for a project 210kms west of Brisbane, workings a 15 days on/ 6 days off roster, commencing 26th October until the end of January 2027.

*****PROJECT ROLES AVAILABLE****

3 x Leading Hand – Earthworks

• Experience leading bulk earthworks crews / Strong understanding of earthmoving operations/ Experience working with Moxy and Scraper fleets.

3 x Leading Hand – Gravels / Pavements

• Experience delivering DTMR roadworks/ Cement modified pavement experience/ Strong knowledge of pavement construction and quality requirements.

4 x MV/HV Licensed Labourer

• Current MV/HV licence required

4 x Telehandler Operator

• Previous telehandler operating experience required
• Supporting material handling and general site operations
• Ability to work safely around active construction areas

4 x Site Amenities Support Worker

• Site amenities cleaning and general maintenance duties
• Maintaining clean and safe facilities for site personnel

6 x Roller Operators

• Previous roller operating experience within civil construction
• Ability to safely operate plant in active earthworks environments
• Strong focus on safety, quality and productivity

What’s on offer?

• Long-term project through to completion
• Work with a Tier 1 civil contractor
• 15 days on / 6 days off roster
• 12-hour shifts, 7 days per week (including public holidays)
• Travel in Day 1 morning and travel out Day 15 afternoon
• Meals and accommodation provided by the client
• Competitive hourly rates negotiated based on experience
