We're seeking an experienced Leading Hand Carpenter who takes pride in their craft, leads by example, and enjoys helping others succeed. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work alongside a skilled team of carpenters and apprentices, providing guidance, support, and mentorship while helping keep projects running smoothly.

What you'll bring:

• NZ-qualified Carpenter with strong residential or commercial construction experience
• Previous Leading Hand, Foreperson, or leadership experience
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills
• A positive, team-focused approach with the ability to motivate others
• Strong commitment to quality workmanship and health & safety
• Ability to coordinate site activities and lead from the front
