Empyrean Build is a boutique renovation and extension builder specializing in high-end residential and light commercial projects throughout Perth.

We're looking for an experienced Leading Hand Carpenter who can take ownership of projects, lead trades on site, and deliver exceptional workmanship.

This is not a project-home environment. We complete bespoke renovations, second-story additions, and complex residential projects where attention to detail matters and quality is paramount.

The Role

You'll work directly with the Director and Site Supervisors to:

• Lead day-to-day site operations
• Coordinate trades and subcontractors
• Carry out carpentry works when required
• Maintain quality, safety, and presentation standards
• Problem-solve and keep projects moving
• Build strong relationships with clients and trades

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Carpenter
• Previous experience as a Leading Hand or Senior Carpenter
• Strong understanding of construction
• Ability to read plans and work independently
• Excellent communication skills
• Pride in your work and high attention to detail
• A team-first attitude
