We are partnering with a highly regarded Sydney builder known for delivering architecturally designed, high-rise residential projects.
With a strong pipeline of large-scale developments and boutique luxury builds, they’re looking for a Leading Hand who takes pride in quality, detail, and running a sharp site.

This is not volume project housing. These are design-driven builds where finishes matter, sequencing matters, and the right people stand out quickly.
About the Role You’ll take ownership of key sections on-site, working closely with experienced Site Managers to ensure trades are coordinated, quality is maintained, and works are delivered to program.

This role suits someone who enjoys being hands-on but also stepping into leadership, with a clear pathway into Site Supervisor / Foreman.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise trades across high-rise residential builds
• Allocate daily tasks in line with drawings, specifications, and the program
• Maintain exceptional standards across quality, safety, and finishes
• Work closely with Site Managers to drive the program and sequencing
• Manage site logistics, deliveries, and workflow.
• Step on the tools when needed to keep work progressing

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Leading Hand in construction.
• Background in delivering high-rise projects.
• Strong eye for detail and pride in high-quality finishes
• Ability to manage trades and keep the site running efficiently
• Solid understanding of drawings, build methodology, and sequencing
• Trade background is highly regarded.
