LEADMAN INSTALLER (PV)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Leadman to supervise and lead a team in the installation of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems. The Leadman will ensure that installation activities are completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise solar PV installation teams
• Oversee the installation of solar panels, mounting structures, and related components
• Ensure proper panel alignment, mounting, wiring, and connections
• Monitor the quality and progress of installation work
• Coordinate with project supervisors and other workers
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and project standards
• Conduct basic troubleshooting and assist in resolving installation issues
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and safety at the work site

About you

• At least High School Graduate or equivalent

• Proven experience in solar PV installation

• Experience leading or supervising a team of installers

• Knowledgeable in solar panel mounting, wiring, and basic electrical connections

• NC II or related technical certification is an advantage

• Good leadership and communication skills

• Willing to work on-site and in various locations

• Willing to work overtime when required

• Can start immediately
