What they need

Leads Conversion & Customer Experience Executive – Job SpecThe role

  • Location: Workways Belgard, Tallaght, Dublin 24 (on-site, full-time)
  • Reports to: Country Manager, Ireland

Workways has a group inbound leads team. Your role in it is to convert marketing generated leads from across the group – Ireland, Belgium and France – into booked visits and hand them off to the relevant Country Manager to close.

Workways also takes an AI-first approach to customer experience: the Workways App and AI assistant handle routine bookings, visitors and support. That approach needs expert human back-up, both online – resolving the client questions the AI can't – and on the ground as Centre Coordinator at Belgard.

Running a centre day to day is also what makes you credible when converting leads: you know the spaces, the clients and the product first-hand.

About Workways

Workways provides flexible, natural workspaces in Dublin, Brussels and Paris, from hot desks and meeting rooms to private offices and dedicated buildings. See .

Key responsibilitiesLeads conversion (group)

  • Contact marketing qualified leads for the whole group (Ireland, Belgium and France) – from Meta and other campaigns, the website and the Ambassador Programme – within agreed response times.
  • Convert them into booked visits and hand them off to the relevant Country Manager with full context.
  • Feed back to marketing on lead quality, and support campaigns, events and the Ambassador Programme.
  • Keep all leads, visits and hand-offs up to date in the CRM.

Customer experience – online (group)

  • Provide expert human back-up to the AI assistant, resolving the client support questions it can't.
  • Work with the App team to keep photos, descriptions, pricing and availability accurate for all group centres, and feed back improvements from clients.
  • Onboard new clients onto the Workways App and drive adoption across the group.

Customer experience – centre coordination (Belgard)

  • Be the visible, welcoming face of Workways at Belgard, giving the centre a staffed and secure feel.
  • Walk the centre regularly, make sure issues are logged and followed up, and keep spaces ready for visits.
  • Step in where the App and AI assistant can't – the occasional visitor, delivery or query that needs a person.
  • Build relationships with clients, gather feedback and support renewals.

How success is measured

  • Leads conversion: number of visits booked from marketing qualified leads (the key metric), plus lead response time.
  • Customer experience – online: support questions resolved quickly, App listings accurate across the group, App adoption.
  • Customer experience – centre coordination: centre always ready for visits, issues resolved promptly, client satisfaction and retention.

About you

  • 2+ years in a client-facing sales, hospitality, flexible workspace or property role, with a record of hitting targets.
  • Confident, warm and professional in person and on the phone.
  • Organised, self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
  • At ease with CRMs and apps; HubSpot experience is a plus.
  • Excellent English; fluent spoken French is required given our centres in Brussels and Paris.

What we offer

  • Competitive salary plus commission.
  • A varied role across sales, marketing and client experience, with a path into sales or centre management.
  • Training and mentoring from colleagues in Ireland, Belgium and France.
  • A well-being-focused workplace and good work-life balance.

Pay: €30,000.00-€36,000.00 per year
