Leads Manager

MBT Dental is looking for a highly organized and proactive Leads Manager to oversee our lead management process, coordinate our call center agents, and ensure that every potential patient receives timely and professional follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, organize, and distribute incoming leads among call center agents.

• Monitor lead follow-ups, contact rates, conversion rates, and appointment bookings.

• Coordinate and supervise agents to ensure productivity and performance targets are met.

• Track lead statuses and ensure accurate CRM data management.

• Analyze team performance and prepare regular reports on leads, conversions, and results.

• Ensure timely follow-up with potential patients and maintain high service standards.

• Work closely with management to optimize lead allocation and improve conversion rates.

Requirements

• Previous experience in lead management, sales coordination, call center supervision, or a similar role.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

• Experience with CRM systems and lead tracking.

• Perfect Italian
