Purpose of the Job

We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack Developer who can build and own modern, scalable web applications end-to-end. The role requires strong expertise

across React, Next.js and TypeScript, solid database and SQL fundamentals, and working proficiency in Python.

You will work in an AI-native engineering environment where tools such as Cursor are part of the development workflow. We are looking for an engineer who combines delivery speed with disciplined engineering practices, including automated testing, meaningful code coverage, maintainable architecture, peer review, and consistently high code-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable full-stack applications using React/Next.js, TypeScript , Node.js/Nest.js and Python.

• Develop reusable UI components, backend APIs and database-driven features.

• Write efficient SQL queries and ensure sound database design and performance.

• Own features end-to-end, from technical design and development to testing and production deployment.

• Use AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor to improve development speed and productivity.

• Write clean, maintainable and testable code with strong unit/integration testing and code coverage.

• Maintain high engineering standards through code reviews, refactoring and coding best practices.

• Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve application performance and reliability.

• Collaborate with Product, Design, Data and AI teams to deliver business requirements.

• Contribute to AI-enabled solutions involving RAG, AI workflows, multimodal and Agentic AI where applicable.

Qualifications Requirement: Experience, Skills & Education:

• B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. Equivalent hands-on software engineering experience will also be considered.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience building and shipping production-grade full stack applications.

• Hands-on programming experience in Node.js/Nest.js / Python for backend services, APIs, automation or application workflows.

• Strong hands-on expertise in React/Next.js and TypeScript, including component design, state management, routing, rendering patterns and frontend performance.

• Strong database fundamentals and SQL skills, including schema design, complex queries, joins, indexing, transactions and performance optimization.

• Practical experience using AI development tools such as Cursor as part of day-to-day software engineering.

• Demonstrated ownership of software quality in previous organizations, including automated testing, code coverage, peer code reviews and maintainable coding standards.

• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, Git-based development workflows, CI/CD practices and production debugging.

• Strong problem-solving ability, product mindset and ownership from design through production.

Good to Have

• Hands-on exposure to AI workflows and LLM-powered application development.

• Experience building or integrating Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, including embeddings, retrieval, re-ranking or vector databases.

• Exposure to multimodal AI experiences involving text, image, voice or video.

• Experience with agentic AI or multi-agent workflows, including tool calling and orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.
