As our company continues to grow and evolve, our LEAN Department is looking for a skilled professional with experience, expertise, and mindset to share knowledge and contribute to meaningful change. We invite you to join our team and embrace the challenges and opportunities this role offers.

LEAN EXPERT Main Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement through project-based Lean initiatives;
• Analyze and optimize production and administrative processes;
• Implement Lean best practices to reduce waste and improve efficiency;
• Track, maintain, and report predefined KPIs;
• Lead and participate in cross-functional Lean projects;
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis, 5S audits, and support workstation standardization;
• Deliver internal training related to Lean and Six Sigma.

Requirements

• University degree in a relevant technical, engineering, or management field;
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, preferably electronics;
• Strong knowledge of Lean methodologies and tools (Six Sigma is a plus);
• Experience working in a project-based environment;
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work with and lead diverse teams;
• Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
