Lean Industrial Engineer

Drive operational excellence by eliminating waste, optimizing processes, and leading continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, quality, delivery, and cost performance.

About the job:

• Design and implement efficient plant layouts that optimize workflow, material handling, and space utilization.
• Lead layout redesign projects for new product introductions, line expansion, or process improvements.
• Utilize layout planning tools such as AutoCAD, simulation software, and digital factory tools.
• Ensure layouts follow lean manufacturing principles and safety regulations
• Optimize warehouse, production floor, and material flow systems.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Industrial Engineering methodologies to improve productivity.
• Identify waste reduction opportunities across production processes.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs

About you:

• Graduate of Industrial Engineering course
• With at least 3-5 years of related experience in Continuous Improvement Process
• Knowledgeable in MS Office incl. MS Project, Minitab, and AutoCAD
• Well-versed in statistical tools such as SPC, QC Tools, FMEA, DOE, and software like Minitab
